Thanks to their reliable solid-state construction, precise temperature control, and quiet operation, these micro Peltier modules are ideal for space-constrained designs where forced air cooling is not an option. These micro thermoelectric coolers further feature current ratings from 0.7 A to 3.4 A, voltage ratings from 0.5 V to 3.8 V, and Qmax ratings from 0.2 W to 4.7 W (Th=50°C).
