Our broad portfolio of ready-to-use OEM instruments is complemented by numerous customer-specific ODM solutions. Your brand is fully supported by HDT—whether through a custom housing, an extension of existing HDT technologies, or entirely new developments from scratch. Everything is managed in-house: our own development teams and factories give us full control over quality and cost while safeguarding our core Test & Measurement expertise.

More than 50 engineers work continuously on customer projects and on expanding our OEM Test & Measurement portfolio. Platforms such as our two-pole voltage testers are constantly refined—not only to add functionality but also to optimize cost.

We cover a wide range of applications for electricians, from safe daily voltage and current measurements to acceptance testing of complete electrical installations. Specialized tasks such as ensuring creepage distances or performing 12 kV impulse safety tests are part of our routine, as is collaboration with certification bodies such as CSA and TÜV. This approach ensures your product reaches the market quickly and cost-effectively.

HDT operates manufacturing facilities in Germany, China, and Serbia supporting customer’s near-shoring needs. Our technology tool kit for installation testing, PV Solar and EV testing allows our customers fast and reliable entering these growth areas. HDT holds various patents in these areas.
