Silicon Labs' BGM13S module is a small system-in-package turnkey solution for Bluetooth 5 and Bluetooth Mesh connectivity. This module, built around the EFR32 Blue Gecko 13 SoC, delivers robust RF performance, low energy consumption, full regulatory compliance certifications, microcontroller flexibility, and a simplified development experience. The BGM13S eliminates the need for RF design experience, which means engineering efforts and associated development costs can be minimized when adding Bluetooth connectivity to a design. Additionally, this turnkey solution helps accelerate the time-to-market of products for end applications. Other features include a tiny 6.5 millimeter by 6.5 millimeter by 1.4 millimeter package, operating from 1.8 volts to 3.8 volts, and having a temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius.
