The ADGM1004 and ADGM1304 are wideband, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switches using Analog Devices' MEMS switch technology. The ADGM1004 is fully operational from 0 Hz/DC to 13 GHz, whereas the ADGM1304 is operational from 0 Hz/DC to 14 GHz. The ADGM1004 has the added benefit of 5 kV HBM ESD for RF1 to RG4 and RFC pins and 2.5 kV for all other pins. A co-package, low voltage, standard logic compatible driver IC generates the high voltage necessary to internally electrostatically actuate the switch. All four switches are independently controlled for maximum flexibility. These devices are ideal for relay replacement, RF test instrumentation, and RF switching.
