This experienced benefits professional will ensure the plans are designed and managed in compliance with all applicable regulations.  As part of the Total Rewards organization within Human Resources, the Benefits Lead consults with business leaders globally on a wide range of benefits topics and projects.This role is based in Thief River Falls, MN.

Director, Business Relationship Management Thief River Falls, MN Full time

The Director, Business Relationship Management is a critical role in Digi-Key’s IT organization serving as a conduit between IT and internal business partners. There are four key areas of responsibility:Maintaining a positive relationship with senior executives across the company, collaborating on strategic roadmaps, identifying corporate priorities and communicating IT resource allocations.Ensuring IT programs and projects meet organizational goals and teams are (a) working on the right priority initiatives (b) applying consistent best practices to help define and move projects forward and (c) providing transparent, consistent and easy to understand progress updates.Leading, supporting and championing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cultivating an environment where transparency, speed, quality and innovation are at the forefront.Leading managers and team members (project managers, scrum masters and business analysts) that support the BRM area.
