This module will review traditional thermal greases and their next-generation offset, PCTIM films. These are the highest performing thermal interface materials in the market today. Users will learn about two high performance thermal interface materials: thermal greases and PCTIM. This presentation will cover the advantages and disadvantages of each technology. Finally, it will review the recommended Henkel products available from DigiKey.
