lionegnwefl Installation Instructions for the ASDX Series Silicon Pressure Sensors with Analog Output GENERAL INFORMATION The ASDX Series are Silicon Pressure Sensors offering a ratiometric analog output Ior reading pressure over the speciiied lull scale pressure span and temperature range. These sensors are lully calibrated and temperature compensated iorsensor ollset, sensitivity. temperature eliects and non-linearity using an onboard Application Specilic Integrated Circuit (ASIC). They are available to measure absolute, dillerential and gage pressures The absolute versions have an internal vacuum relerence and an output 133055 50042440 SOLDERING Limit soldering to 250 °C [482 °F] max.. with a duration ol 2 s to 4 s. CLEANING Proper cleaning IIuids should be selected based on the type oi contaminants to be removed. Honeywell recommends alcohols or lluorinated solvents. Do not immerse the sensor. Table 1. Environmental Specifications value proportional to absolute pressure. Differential versions Parameter Characteristic allow application ol pressure to either side ol the sensing Humidity 0% to 95% RH non-condensing diaphragm. Gage versions are relerenced to atmospheric Vibration 10 G at 20 Hz to 2000 Hz pressure and provide an output proportional to pressure Shock 100 G for 11 ms variations lrom atmosphere. _Th_ese sensors are intended for Life 1 million cycles minimum use With non—corrosive. non-ionic working lluids such as air and dry gases.
