Career Path in Building Operations and Maintenance

Maintenance Systems and Buildings

Maintain all systems and building facilities to Digi‑Key standards. Support the Maintenance Team as directed.

Team Leader, Bldg & Systems Maintenance

Perform a variety of technical maintenance tasks, mentoring other maintenance employees. Assist Maintenance Coordinator with prioritization, assignment and review of the work of the Digi‑Key Maintenance Department.

Coordinator, Maintenance

Supervise, prioritize, assign and review the work of the Digi‑Key Maintenance Department; oversee and participate in all work activities.
