Image of Vishay's TNPW High Stability Thin Film Chip ResistorVishay's TNPW thin film resistor series is an excellent choice where precision and long term stability is required, with very low resistive drift ≤ 0.05% after 1000h life test. This thin film series offers superior moisture resistance having the Vishay’s Specialized Passivation Method, being tested and qualified to the severe automotive 85°C/85% biased humidity test. The AEC-Q200 qualification makes this product series an appropriate choice for high reliability applications, available is case sizes 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206 and 1210, with wide resistance range from 10 ohms to 3 Mohms. The TNPW series is offered with pure Tin termination plating which is RoHS compliant, but the series is also offered with tin-lead termination. In addition to this, the TNPW series is impervious to sulfur exposure, verified in accordance with ASTM B 809 standard.
