It integrates a Xilinx XC7Z010-CLG225, 16 MByte SPI Flash in a 40 pin DIP form factor with a size of 1.8 cm x 5.1 cm. The Zynq SoC uses a Dual Core ARM A9, in addition to FPGA fabric.
