The devices meet reflow soldering profiles with temperatures of +260°C, allowing users to shorten the production cycle, since the components in the device can be soldered in a single step. These magnetics offer an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C allowing them to be used in industrial environments where higher ambient temperatures previously excluded them.

The industrial discrete magnetics complement TE's existing RJ45 jacks with integrated magnetics and offer a complete range of solutions for Ethernet connectivity. These highly cost-effective devices are suitable for applications including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), IO modules, servo drives, industrial PCs, and other industrial applications that require Ethernet connectivity.
