Image of t-Global Technology's PC96 Non-Silicone Gap Fillert-Global Technology's PC96 is an ultra-soft, non-silicone gap filler which is designed for use where silicone outgassing would be problematic. It has a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/mk and a hardness of Shore OO 50. It is ideally suited for cooling a wide range of electronic devices especially those which contain sensitive optoelectronics or hard disk drives. Unlike silicone-based materials this product will not outgas oils. It is available in a number of thicknesses and can be custom die-cut by t-Global with an MOQ of 1.
