It comprises two parts, ISOSD61 and ISOSD61L, which are different due to the logic (TTL/CMOS and LVDS, respectively) levels of clock input and data output signals.

High accuracy is guaranteed by the 16-bit ADC resolution, along with 13-bit effective number of bits (ENOB) and 86 dB signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Galvanic isolation technology guarantees up to 6 kV maximum transient and surge isolation voltages and up to 1.2 kV maximum working voltage. The 30 kV/μs high common-mode transient immunity makes the device robust against very fast and typical transients in industrial applications. The 25 MHz external clock is key to achieving up to 50 kHz input signal bandwidth, which is translated into high-frequency signals processing capability and measurement accuracy to fit the latest inverter technologies and driving rates in motor control applications.
