The HF 1 Form A high-capacity PhotoMOS relays are 1200 V high-capacity PhotoMOS relays and offer a suitable substitution for replacing reed and mercury relays. Additionally, the HF 1 Form A high-capacity PhotoMOS relays offer high load switching for both industrial and test equipment environments.

PhotoMOS relays can replace traditional electromechanical relays in some applications. Replacing a standard electromechanical relay with PhotoMOS can provide additional benefits such as longer life cycle, better resistance to shock and vibration, low on-resistance and a theoretically infinite life cycle.
