The Ohmite D series heatsinks, with the TDH50, present a complete solution for any surface-mount wattage requirements. The thick film construction enables non-inductive performance, a wide resistance range, and great stability. The TDH50 is suited for precharge, snubber, UPS, and motor drive circuits.

  • 50 W high-power resistors in TO263 (D²PAK) style package with matte tin plated flange
  • Non-inductive design suits high-frequency applications and high-speed pulse circuits
  • Low, 2.3°C/W heat resistance from resistor hot spot to flange and long-life performance are presented with the thick-film metallization technology
  • Thick film element for stable performance with TCR values down to 50 PPM
  • Wide resistance range: 20 mΩ to 51 KΩ
  • Power rating of 50 W at +25°C with a proper heatsink or cooling system, 2W max without a heatsink
  • Non-inductive design suited for high-frequency applications, only 8.38 nH of series inductance
  • Available as an industry-standard package TO-263/ D²PAK
