With up to 3x higher common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) to increase uptime, the optimized low-propagation delay matching between the high-side and low-side gate driver helps reduce dead time. The MAX22701E is ideal for industrial applications such as solar power inverters, energy storage systems, uninterrupted power supplies, motor drives, electric cars, data farms and high-power/high-efficiency power supplies.

The MAX22701E isolated gate driver improves power efficiency in a small system footprint for ease of design and reduced cost with ultra-high CMTI and integrated digital galvanic isolation (3 kVRMS for 60 s) for industrial communications applications.
