Image of KOA's RS73 Thick Film Resistor (D)KOA Speer Electronics' RS73F (25 ppm/°C) and RS73G (50 ppm/°C) series are high-reliability, ultra-precision metal-glaze thick-film chip resistors. These 0603, 0805, and 1206 case size resistors are offered in ±0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5%, and 1% tolerances with a TCR as low as ±25 ppm/°C and a resistance range from 10 Ω to 10 MΩ. The RS73 offers excellent long-term stability with its resistance changing by only +0.2% ~ +0.5% in reliability testing. KOA Speer's RS73 series metal-glaze thick-film resistors offer comparable precision and high reliability to that of thin-film resistors. They are suitable for high-precision applications such as automotive, industrial, and measuring equipment for engine control, power supplies, and body control.
