Image of IQD's IQXT-351 Series of VCTCXOsHoused in an ultra-miniature 1.6 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.45 mm hermetically sealed ceramic package, which is among the smallest available in the market, IQD's IQXT-351 series of voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillators (VCTCXOs) is initially available in two standard frequencies: 26.0 MHz and 52.0 MHz. The IQXT-351 has a frequency tolerance of ±1.5 ppm and frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm and operates at 1.8 V with a maximum current consumption of only 1.7 mA and a clipped sinewave output with 10 kΩ//10 pF drive capability. The 26.0 MHz and 52.0 MHz parts are available with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and has a pullability range of between ±8 ppm to ±13 ppm. Start-up time from the power mode is only 2 ms. Harmonic distortion is -5.0 dBc max and typical phase noise is -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz with aging at ±1 ppm maximum per year.
