Image of Carlo Gavazzi's RGC1 Series Solid State RelaysCarlo Gavazzi's RGC1 range of solid-state contactors presents a unique opportunity to maximize efficiency in panel space and is an evolution of solid-state switches for which Carlo Gavazzi is very well known. The nominal current ratings are at +40˚C. The smallest width is 17.5 mm and is rated at 37 AAC. Power and control terminals allow for safe cable looping. Voltage transient protection is standard across the output with a varistor. These products are DIN mountable with an integrated heat sink to maximize available panel space while also simplifying selection and installation.

  • “U” configuration versions with screw or box clamp control input connections
  • Rated operational current: up to 85 AAC at 40°C
  • 18,000 A²s for the I²t and 1200 Vp blocking voltage
  • Rated operational voltage: up to 660 VAC
  • Control voltages: 3 VDC to 32 VDC, 20 VAC to 275 VAC and 24 VDC to 190 VDC
  • Product width ranging from 17.5 mm to 70 mm
  • Timely detection for mains loss, load loss, SSR open and short circuit, SSR internal fault and supply out of range
  • Integrated heat sink with a fan option
  • “E” or “contactor” configuration version
  • Option for self-monitoring
  • Integrated voltage transient protection with varistor
  • 100 kA short circuit current rating according to UL508
  • Zero cross and instant-on switching versions
