Wireless Solutions Kit for Vibration Monitoring

Banner Engineering's wireless solutions kit has visualized data and alarms that reduce downtime and increase productivity

Image of Banner Engineering Wireless Solutions Kit for Vibration MonitoringBanner Engineering's wireless solutions kit for vibration and temperature monitoring is a fully integrated and easy-to-use solution for monitoring assets with rotating motion. It is designed to make it easy for users of any experience level to set up a wireless network, establish performance baselines and thresholds, and collect data from motors, fans, pumps, compressors, and similar equipment.

With this kit, users can avoid unexpected downtime and make more informed decisions about maintenance schedules by detecting problems before a failure can occur. The solution features simple setup. Data is collected after plugging in the box, binding the nodes through the HMI screen, and installing vibration sensors and nodes on the equipment. Performance baselines and thresholds are generated automatically so no programming is required.

The wireless solution kit has visualized data and alarms. The HMI clearly displays alarms and graphs of raw vibration data along with baseline, warning, and alarm values. The kit features local and remote monitoring; access raw data right on the HMI or via the cloud from any network-accessible location.

  • No programming is required: Plug in the box, bind the nodes through the HMI screen, install the sensors and nodes, and start collecting data
  • Includes pre-programmed DXM700 wireless controller, pre-programmed 25.5 cm (10.1”) touchscreen HMI, and 5-port industrial Ethernet switch
  • Visualize data and alarms: HMI provides graphical displays of collected data, baselines, thresholds, warnings, and alarms
  • Local and remote monitoring: Access raw data right on the HMI or via the cloud from any network-accessible location
  • View up to seven days of data history on HMI screen and archive over 30 days of logged data in CSV files
  • Increase productivity by using warnings and alarms to identify and resolve potential issues quickly
  • Identify machine performance issues caused by misalignment, unbalance, bearing failures, pump cavitation, blade damage, and other issues
  • Identify equipment requiring full spectrum analysis
  • Energy and facility management
  • Manufacturing processes
  • Warehouse and storage facilities
  • Data centers and server rooms
  • Greenhouses and agricultural settings
