This amp can accept a single voltage range from +2.2 V to +36 V or a dual supply that is ±1.1 V to +18 V with only 85 µA at maximum. Its rail-to-rail output maximizes dynamic range when operating from low supply voltages. With no external resistor, the AD627 is configured for a gain of 5; or up to 1000 with an external resistor. The offset input voltage is 125 µV maximum for the AD627B (dual) and 200 µV maximum for the AD627A (dual). The AD627 is ideal for battery applications, such as portable medical EKG and ECC machines, that require low power consumption and for industrial applications that require 4 mA to 20 mA loop-powered systems.
