 MCP970x Analog Temperature Sensors
The MCP970x part of the analog temperature sensors family. It offers low-cost, low-power sensors with an accuracy of ±2°C or ±4°C from 0°C to +70°C while consuming 6μA (typical) of operating current. Linear Active Thermistor ICs do not require additional signal-conditioning circuitry. Therefore, the biasing circuit development overhead for thermistor solutions can be avoided by implementing this low-cost device.
