Panasonic - PGS Graphite Sheets PGS (Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet) is a heat sink sheet with high thermal conductivity and high flexibility. This product has a thermal conductivity of 600 to 800 W/(m-K) [2x copper and 3x aluminum] with a specific gravity of 1.0 g/cm3. The material is flexible and easily cut.

Bergquist - Thermal Pad Bergquist thermally conductive, unreinforced gap filling material offers a thermal impedance of 1.5W/m-K. This product has an ideal filler blend that maintains optimal thermal performance yet still allows easy handling. The natural tack on both sides of the material allows for good compliance to adjacent surfaces of components, minimizing interfacial resistance.
