Product ImageThe SN74AVC4T774 is a 4-channel level translating transceiver that can translate voltages anywhere between 1.2 V and 3.6 V. Each of the 4-channels has an independent direction control input which is needed in applications where all 4-bits are not flowing in the same direction. The SN74AVC4T774 has robust, integrated ESD protection of 8kV HBM and is available in a space-saving QFN package (2.6mm x 1.8mm) amongst other packages. Either supply voltage (Vcca or Vccb) can be ramped up first and the device can also be used in a partial power-down application. This is a situation where the level shifter is powered down, but its I/Os may be subject to active signals and voltages from other parts of the system.      Datasheet
