MCT 0603 Professional Chip Resistors The Vishay Beyschlag MCT 0603 AT is designed to meet the automotive requirements of today and the future. The device is one of the industry's first professional automotive thin film chip resistors in the 0603 case size to combine a high operating temperature of up to +175°C (1000 hours) and an advanced level of rated power. The power rating of the MCT 0603 AT is specified to 150mW at +85°C which, combined with the device's high-temperature performance and excellent moisture resistivity of up to 0.5%, allows these AEC-Q200-compliant resistors to provide high reliability in harsh environments. MCT 0603 AT Professional Thin Film Chip Resistors are a good choice for most fields of modern professional electronics where reliability and stability is of major concern.
