ROHM’s CMOS op-amps ideal for all types of applications


ROHM’s family of low and high voltage CMOS op-amps integrate phase compensation, input/output full swing operation, and one or two circuits on a single chip. The low-voltage operation from 1.6V is ideal for battery-driven sets. The series also combines ultra-low current consumption (0.35µA) with low voltage capability (from 1.6V), reducing power.

This series features a wide operating voltage range, low power consumption, and low input bias current making these op-amps ideal for applications of all types. The series also features high ESD resistance (4kV), providing a greater level of reliability. Datasheet
