T520B157M006ATE025 Polymer Tantalum Capacitor Kemet's 150µF/6.3V polymer tantalum capacitor remains a staple within multiple market segments, including computer, consumer, telecom, and industrial. In earlier years, the V Case (7343-20) was the only option for delivering this performance value in a low profile design. The industry rapidly replaced many of the V Case designs with B Cases.

However, the use of this part number for 25mΩ requirements continued to be supported by the V Case. Kemet overcame this ESR limitation with the release of the T520B157M006ATE025 and offers customers lower ESR in the smaller B Case design.
