Higher frequency saw clock oscillators from AVX

AVX Corporation's saw clock oscillators have a wide oscillating frequency range of 150MHz to 700MHz. This series has a tight frequency stability of ±50ppm (0~70dC).

The KC7050T series has excellent aging performance and ultra low jitter. These oscillators are available with 2.5V or 3.3V supply ratings and with LV-PECL outputs.
