RLC values of ceiling fan,light

pleasse help me to find out the valuse of resistance,inductane,capacitance value of ceiling fan, fluorescent lamp,cfl bulb. i need the approximate values of the above.

Unfortunately there are going to be quite a few variables in regards to determining these values. To receive a more definitive answer, it would be advised to contact the manufacturer of the compact fluorescent lamp.
