RC circuit

any design ideas for a RC circuit??

    RC as in a filter/timing circuit?  RC as in a remote/radio control circuit?  Some more details would help!

        Hi TechDave, (welcome to the forum by the way).

         

        There's a pretty wide range of options for remote/radio control circuits, depending on what its to be used for.  You could design the entire radio and control circuit from scratch, or buy a pre-made module for as little as $10. 

         

        Here's some more questions to help point us in the right direction:

        1. What are  you trying to control?  Just a simple on-off control, or something more complex like driving a car or robot?
        2. What distance are you trying to transmit over?
        3. Are you wanting a handheld remote with buttons, or for this to be controlled by a computer?
        4. Are you doing this for work or school or fun?
        5. What's your budget?
