Can you help me identify this jack?

I have two of them in my parts box and would like to get some more, but there are so many identifiers in the Digikey search engine, I'm not sure how to describe it. I've tried several with no luck. I don't know for a fact that it's from Digikey. Thanks for your help.

Can you help me identify this jack?

Would you be able to take a caliper and get the diameter of the pin and the opening? It looks like about 2.1mm or 2.5mm & around the 5.5mm outer diameter, but if you could get a defined size on the pin that would be helpful to get this figured out.

  Thanks. I simultaneously contacted DIgiKey customer support and they were able to point me to a supplier (they don't carry this jack apparently).

You could go to RadioShack and check versus their collection of power plugs for power supplys. They have a huge assortment on hand. Then knowing the plug size and dimensions you can serch for more jacks... online. Good hunting!
