Flex Circuit help

Hello,

I'm looking for some help finding someone willing to work with me to create a very simple LED circuit on a flexible PCB.  I have tried contacting companies myself but they don't seem willing to work on such a simple product.  Volume also may be an issue right now, but eventually of course the volume should increase.  The circuit is only a battery, switch, switch logic, and a LED.  It needs to be flexible because of it's use.  Alos, I strongly prefer to have it made in the US.  I realize parts may not come from here but I have found a few that are.  Any help or recomendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

If you've got the cash there are lot's of flex pcb suppliers out there.  Addmittedly I don't know much about flex circuits, but most every major board house and their mother are providing them (ie http://4pcb.com).  If you are looking for something more turn key try a company like Advanced Assembly (http://aapcb.com). But be forewarned, it'll likely take a decent amount of upfront cash to get something done and that's assuming the idea is realistic to fab on a flex pcb.

    Hi Adam,

I have about 13 years experience designing circuit boards from prototypes to production. If you would like, send me an NDA and we can email about your project. I can provide you tips about manufacturability of your design and guidance on steps.

In addition to what 'Monk said, I believe on the 4pcb.com website they have a link to the Eagle website (freeware for EDA). Another vendor that you would really want to look at would be www.tech-etch.com
