substitute fuse

I need to replace a power amp fuse with the rating of 7A 125V. I can't seem to locate it anywhere so

i was wondering if I could use a 7A 250V instead

Replacing the 7A 125V with 7A 250V would be fine. The amperage is the key spec to match. You will also want to make sure the fuse is the same physical size.
