This printer has had an irremovable error code within a few months of having been used. When i asked the local rep about how to correct the issue, my response was that there is a sensor that is prone to failure in the device, and it has been an issue that has surfaced numerous times from other customers. It has been several months since submitting the request for service, and i'm still dealing with a broken printer. A very expensive mistake
