DiskOnChip copying

Anyone know a way to copy my one last working M-Systems DiskOnChip MD2201-D16 info to anything else - floppy, hard drive, etc.

Need them on an ongoing basis to repair certain telco equipment.  But not locating anything that can read/copy them. I can locate

new/blank chips.  But not finding anything to handle the software/firmware.  Also found IDE chips with DiskOnChip.  If I could copy the

info out of the old one, I could probably make use of one of these.
