Hello,
I just repaired my Viewsonic which had the same problem with the power board.
All you have to do is pick a capacitor brand name and series an buy all the capacitors from it.
I used Panasonic FM series which are exelent quality and meet the 105 degree
temperature range, with great longevity. I would recomend replacing all the capacitors
from that side of the board, even if they look fine. Including the ones under your heatsink on the right
of the first photo, top left of the second. You never know if they also failed (unless you can test them properly)
Usualy you can find "replacement/repair kits" on e-bay for your given board.
see what they list for your particular model, then buy the replacements here; where you can be
sure of their quality and freshnes.
What ever brand you get; Make sure you get capacitors rated for 105 degree operating range.
Be sure to check that they will fit under you heatsink. Getting them a little bigger is ussualy fine.
