Cross-ref for Eaton Toggle Switches

We currently use Eaton series 8530, 8531, and 8532 environmentally sealed, mil-spec toggle switches in several different configurations and want to find comparable parts by other manufacturers.  Water resistance is the key characteristic we're looking for, so switches don't necessarily have to be mil-spec.  What suggestions or options would you recommend?
