Electroluminescent Ribbon electrical contacts

Looking for  a solderable contact that will pierce a luminescent phosphor ribbon that is laminated between thin palstic sheet...similar thickness to a laminated drivers license. Do not see this in Digikey, but also not sure what a contact like this is called.
