To install led strips in bedroom ,any suggestions ?

I want to make my bedroom  more comfortable by redesign the  lighting . I  choose some LEDs ,i believe LEDs shine much more naturally ,such as LED  strips and led downlights lights .

And now, what i need is some  suggestion about the lighting design ,such as what color and which  of  led strips i should choose (i may

buy led strips here ), and how bright the downlights i should choose ?
