High Power Full Bridge DC Motor Driver

Hi,

We do need to aprox. 8 Amps full bridge DC motor driver like L6203(but this for 5 A) for drive to 24V 6-7A, 100 W, dc motors with pic16f877A

I could not find suitable comp. can somebody help me for this? is there any recommendation?

Note: I dont want use high power mosfets for H-Bridge circuits

Take a look at Digi-Key P/Ns 598-1812-ND or 598-1365-ND.

Hi Mahir,

We do not have any drop-in equivalents to the L6203 that can handle the current you require, but the following parts would probably work. These all require more I/O pins from the PIC to operate. I have listed them from least to most current handling.

BTM7750GP rated for 10A peak

SA57AHU-FH rated for 8A continuous

DRV8412 rated for 12A continuous (parallel circuits of 6A each)
