I have built a circuit and made build a PCB
now I need to buy the parts - and I don't know how to read the BOM that I have created
can someone help me with this?

The footprint is essentially the package size or specific case the part comes in.
The comment describes a specific attribute or that part, for example the capacitance value or resistance etc.
LibRef I am guessing to be the designator assigned to the part inside Altuim.
The designator is the alphanumeric reference assigned to the part on the schematic.
The description is calling out anything specific about the part.
Quantity of course, is the number of parts needed to complete the project.
Can you see if what I have choose is good? (the circuit I hav build is working in 5V - so I took all the "C" as 6.3V or 10V )
also - I have 1 question -
what is TP_SMD_1.5X stand for?I have it on the BOM list but I didn't find it in the search , do I need to purches this also ?
Do you have 7 test points? If so, these may simply be pads which are an exposed area for you to probe. The size is shown as 1.5 x 1.5 (units not shown) - examine a picture of your layout to determine the units.
Looks like there are 7 pads, presumably put there as test points. Labels working clockwise starting at the bottom right appear to be: Vin-, 1-D, Vin+, 00+, 3-S, 2-G, GND. I'm sure they mean something to the designer regarding its functionality. Have a schematic?

These are pads. It appears from the names they are used for test points, i.e. probing - no parts get soldered there unless you're attaching wires that go someplace else for testing purposes. A schematic would make it clearer. Please post.
I thought I saw a schematic posted here earlier, no longer here? File name was test18.3.png. Based on that schematic, Power is TP4 (VCC) and TP5 (GND). Vo, assumed to be V-out, isn't explicitly shown on the schematic or PCB so based on the schematic, I would guess it is TP6 (pos) and TP7 (neg/GND).
I don't think I understand what does this part do
can you explain to me ? or show me an example of it?
is it just a stiker\label? is it importenet
if I don't use it - the circuit will work right? and I still will be able to connect the wire to it?
