Later this year, a design center will debut in the online tech support community
02/19/2013
EngineerZone, an online technical support community created by Analog Devices Inc. (ADI), now supports the company’s full line of signal-processing offerings. The online community includes a wide array of product technologies and applications, such as data converters, amplifiers, RF ICs, MEMS inertial sensors, interface and isolation, video ICs, digital-signal-processor (DSP) products and others.
ADI also announced plans to introduce an online design center within EngineerZone. It will provide design engineers with a complete signal-chain design environment. The design center will debut later this year on the company’s Web site (www.analog.com).
Within the EngineerZone community, customers can engage online with ADI experts and fellow engineers on a host of complex and frequently asked product and applications questions. EngineerZone communities also offer Chinese and Japanese engineers the ability to interact in their native languages.
ADI added new features to EngineerZone. For instance, there’s a homepage leaderboard that acknowledges members for their contributions. An events forum gives customers access to information about industry events, ADI booth details and product demos. An “Analog Dialogue Blog” features comments and highlights by authors about technical articles published in the company’s Analog Dialogue magazine, and allows customers to begin a dialogue about the topic. Lastly, it’s now accessible with a mobile device.
Engineers can join the EngineerZone community by visiting http://ez.analog.com/welcome. Or to watch a video about the community, go to http://analog.com/ez_community.
