TS3300 Boost + Linear Regulator - The TS3300 is Touchstone Semiconductor’s first power management product that combines a high-efficiency boost regulator and a linear regulator into one package. It is the industry’s first boost + linear regulator, operating from supply voltages as low as 0.65 V and deliver at least 75 mA at 3 V_OUT at 1.5 V_IN. Boost-section output load currents are determined by a V_OUT-to-V_IN ratio – the smaller the ratio, the higher the output current. The boost and the linear regulator sections can be used separately or in combination. The internal, low-dropout linear regulator can deliver up to 100 mA output current and can be user-enabled.
