|PAM8905 1.9 W Class-D Audio Amplifier - Aimed at smartphones operating from a single-cell lithium-ion battery, Diodes' PAM8905 is a 1.9 W class-D audio amplifier designed for audio systems that needs to deliver a high sound pressure level (SPL) output from a low supply voltage. It achieves this with a built-in boost converter that generates the voltage rail for the output stage while using a battery-tracking automatic gain control (AGC) to adjust the gain and limit battery current when the battery voltage is low, thus prolonging battery life.
|74HC164, 74HCT164, 74AHC164, and 74AHCT164 Serial Shift Registers - The 74HC164 remains one of the most popular parts from the 74HC logic family. The part is a serial input 8-bit edge-triggered shift register that has 8-push-pull outputs. The 74HC164 features standard CMOS logic inputs while the 74HCT164 is suited for applications requiring TTL logic thresholds. Both versions feature 4 mA drive capability. The 74AHC164 is a higher-performance version that features 8 mA drive capability and faster propagation times. The 74AHCT is the TTL-compatible version. SO-14 and TSSOP-14 packages are being made available at the initial release.
|AH5772 and AH5773 Fan Driver Solutions - The simple AH5772 and fully-featured AH5773 are highly-integrated, high-performance single-chip fan driver solutions with an average continuous current capability of up to 500 mA. Designed for driving single-coil brushless direct current (BLDC) fans and motors, integrated full-bridge driver output stage uses soft switching to minimize audible switching noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI) providing a low-noise solution. For system flexibility, the AH5773 provides a PWM pin for external PWM signal speed control and standby-mode in addition to speed control by adjusting the supply voltage.
