|MIC23099 Step-Up/Step-Down Regulators - Micrel's MIC23099 is a high-efficiency, low-noise, dual-output, integrated power management solution for single-cell alkaline or NiMH battery applications. The synchronous boost output voltage (VOUT1) is enabled first and is powered from the battery. Next the synchronous buck output (VOUT2), which is powered from the boost output voltage, is enabled. This configuration allows VOUT2 to be independent of battery voltage, thereby allowing the buck output voltage to be higher or lower than the battery voltage.
|MIC28304 High Density Power Module - Micrel’s MIC28304 is a synchronous step-down regulator module, featuring a unique adaptive ON-time control architecture. The module incorporates a DC-DC controller, power MOSFETs, input capacitor bootstrap diode, bootstrap capacitor, and an inductor in a single package. The MIC28304 operates over an input supply range from 4.5 V to 70 V and can supply up to 3 A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8 V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. The device operates with programmable switching frequency from 200 kHz to 600 kHz.
|MIC24051 and MIC24052 Buck Regulators - The Micrel MIC24051 and MIC24052 are constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulators featuring unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MIC24051 and MIC24052 operate over an input supply range of 4.5 V to 19 V and provide a regulated output of up to 6 A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8 V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. The devices operate at a switching frequency of 600 kHz.
|MIC24053 and MIC24054 Buck Regulators - The Micrel MIC24053 and MIC24054 are constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulators featuring unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MIC24053 and MIC24054 operate over an input supply range of 4.5 V to 19 V and provide a regulated output of up to 9 A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8 V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. The devices operate at a switching frequency of 600 kHz.
