|MIC45205/45208/45212 Power Modules - Micrel’s MIC45205/08/12 is a family of 6 A/10 A/14 A highly efficient DC/DC power modules. These modules are specifically designed to deliver extremely-high performance at lower output voltages, as required by future high-speed digital processor cores.
|MIC23099 Step-Up/Step-Down Regulators - Micrel's MIC23099 is a high-efficiency, low-noise, dual-output, integrated power management solution for single-cell alkaline or NiMH battery applications. The synchronous boost output voltage (VOUT1) is enabled first and is powered from the battery. Next the synchronous buck output (VOUT2), which is powered from the boost output voltage, is enabled. This configuration allows VOUT2 to be independent of battery voltage, thereby allowing the buck output voltage to be higher or lower than the battery voltage.
|IEEE1588v2 Ethernet - Micrel's commitment to supporting industrial networking is further enhanced with EtherSynch™ technology, based on IEEE1588v2 time synchronization. EtherSynch™ technology enables an advanced, low-cost, hardware-based architecture that offloads both synchronization and communications processing from the host CPU.
|MIC24051 and MIC24052 Buck Regulators - The Micrel MIC24051 and MIC24052 are constant-frequency, synchronous buck regulators featuring unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MIC24051 and MIC24052 operate over an input supply range of 4.5 V to 19 V and provide a regulated output of up to 6 A of output current. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8 V with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. The devices operate at a switching frequency of 600 kHz.
