STLDC08 LED driver step-up controller for LED Supply

STMicroelectronics' STLDC08 is an LED driver step-up PWM controller that is optimized to operate with an input voltage ranging from 0.8 V to 3.6 V. The device is able to drive an external N-channel FET which makes it useful for various LED power levels. The 100 mV voltage feedback minimizes the power losses and provides an accurate current control loop. A unique, true PWM dimming control is implemented with a MOSFET connected between the LED string and ground. The IC features low power consumption (3 mA typical) which makes it suitable for power sensitive applications. STLDC08 is available in DFN10 3x3 mm package. Datasheet STMicroelectronics' STLDC08
