Pericom introduces the HiFlex™ XO Series of Oscillators

Pericom's HiFlex™ XO series incorporates a miniature AT-cut crystal resonator and highly flexible oscillator IC into standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm ceramic packages. These XOs are specifically designed and tested to target high frequency and low jitter applications such as networking, storage, video, and other embedded applications. The high flexible oscillator IC contains a very low jitter PLL and can therefore generate any frequency based on customers’ needs. This capability also enables reduced sample delivery time.   • Any operating frequencies with in:
    • CMOS: 10 to 212.5 MHz
    • LVPECL: 10 to 360 MHz
    • Other high frequencies available upon request
  • Fast rise/fall time for LVPECL: 350ps (max)
  • High precision and tight frequency stability:
    • ±25ppm to ±50ppm
  • Temperature range: -20 ~ +70℃; -40 ~ +85℃
