Omron's E2A series of cylindrical proximity sensors have a sensing distance of up to 30 mm

Omron's E2A series of long distance Proximity sensors ensures a sensing distance that is 1.5 to 2 times greater than that of most industry sensors. Problems such as work piece collisions or impacts on the sensor are eliminated. These sensors are offered in all standard sizes (M8, M12, M18 and M30) in both long and short brass barrels, and in both normally open and normally closed output modes. Datasheet
