Murata Power Systems nanoMeter Family

Murata Power Solutions' new DMR20 Series 'nanoMeters' are the first digital panel meters designed specifically for mounting in industry standard 30.5mm / 1.2 inch round panel cutouts. A rugged, one-piece polycarbonate housing, combined with an EPDM rubber gasket and hex nut, provides excellent resistance to both shock and vibration, as well as moisture ingress protection to IP67/NEMA 6 levels.

The initial product releases are two, self-powered, 2-wire voltmeters. The DMR20-10-DCM is an auto-ranging DC voltmeter with a measurement range of 6 to 75Vdc. The DMR20-1-ACV is a self-powered, true-rms responding, AC voltmeter with a measurement range of 85 to 264Vac (50-60Hz). Both models feature bright, easy-to-read LED displays and ultra-low power consumption. Panel knockout punches and tooling are also available.

Features
  • Four-digit LED display with over-voltage indication
  • LED display is 0.3" high, allowing these meters to be easily read from distances of 3 meters, or about 10 feet
  • Industry-standard mounting configuration commonly referred to as an "oil-tight" cut-out 30.5 mm in diameter;  rugged polycarbonate case that provides resistance to moisture, dust, and shock
  • Rubber gasket achieves moisture ingress protection rating to IP67 and NEMA 6 levels
  • Operates over the industrial temperature range of  -25 to +60 degrees Celsius
  • Factory calibrated
  • Screw terminal connections simplify installation
  • Internal self-resetting fuses provide long-term reliability
  • Self-powered  means no separate power supply is required to operate the meter; they can be used as digital replacements for analog meters
