Crystek Corporation introduces the CCSO-914X-245.760 MHz SAW clock oscillator

Crystek Corporation introduces the 245.760 MHz SAW clock oscillator (in single-frequency band) the CCSO-914X-245.760. Crystek designed the module using proprietary circuitry and SAW (surface acoustic wave) resonator technology to provide ultra-low jitter/phase noise performance with true sine wave output. The resulting oscillator features -150 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset and a typical noise floor of -170 dBc/Hz. The CCSO-914X-245.760 comes in a 9 x 14 mm SMT package. With 3.3 V and 5 V input voltage available, it generates a true sine wave with 8 dBm minimum output power. The new CCSO has no sub-harmonics; second harmonic is -20 dBc typical. The CCSO-914X-245.760 operates from -40°C to 85°C.
